the staff were cute throughout my stay! my room was spacious and located in a lovely older part of the hotel. the hotel had a very atmospheric vibe with interesting rooms.
The reception area appears a bit worn.

i really enjoyed my two night stay the location is wonderful and my room was great i had a lovely meal on my first night i don't mind saying was delicious. The staff were really nice helpful, considerate and always with a smile.

dirty bathroompeeling wallpaper
my visit were not ideal. the bathroom was not clean. there was toilet paper behind the sink i noticed it right away. also, peeling wallpaper made the room look shabby. these issues detracted from what could have been a better stay.

The hotel includes a spa with robes provided upon entry and secure lockers. I found the room over the coach house comfortable. It was bigger than expected.
The window in my room let in a slight draught.

I found the food amazing, as I had both breakfast and dinner . The staff were attentive and caring about my experience. The gardens are beautiful.
The room felt a bit warm, I could not adjust the temperature very well.

The car park is a decent size. This makes parking easy. The building itself looks fine. It offers a visually excellent experience. I liked this hotel location for exploring the local area.

The room I booked was spacious with good decoration. The bathroom was also well appointed. The bed felt comfortable. I also got an undisturbed night's sleep. Coffee and tea facilities were included.

The spa facilities were a dream. my massage, offered for residents, was wonderful. the bed was very comfortable. i enjoyed relaxing by the pool. dinner and lunch. All the food was enjoyable.
i booked an executive room, but builders were working on the ceiling above. the circular saws started soon after i settled in, unexpected and disruptive.

the hotel is on the outskirts of town. a cheap taxi ride takes you to the center. decent bus routes are also available for easy access.
